Summary Trading in DryShips has been very heavy this week with approximately 99.5 million shares traded from July 31st to August 3rd. Assuming issuance equal to 10% of volume traded, DryShips would have raised in excess of $12 million in equity in four days. If volume remains above 15 million shares on Friday August 4th, total equity issuance for the week could approach or exceed $14 million. Remaining equity to be issued under the current Prospectus Supplement may to decline to approximately $27 million.
