(NASDAQ: EARS), a clinical-stage company dedicated to developing therapeutics that address important unmet medical needs in neurotology and central nervous system disorders, today announced the successful closing of the purchase of two US patents related to the use of betahistine for the treatment of depression and attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
