LONDON, Oct. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EdtechX Holdings Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: EDTXU) (the “Company”) announced today that its registration statement on Form S-1 was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company’s initial public offering of 5,500,000 units is expected to be consummated on or about October 10, 2018. Each unit sold in the offering will have an offering price of $10.00 for aggregate gross proceeds of $55,000,000 and will consist of one share of common stock and one warrant.
