(NASDAQ: ELGX), a developer and marketer of innovative treatments for aortic disorders, today honored four innovators of aortic therapy at the 45th Annual Symposium on Vascular and Endovascular Issues, Techniques, Horizons (VEITHsymposium®), a meeting of endovascular specialists highlighting developments in the treatment of vascular disease. At an event called “Learning from the Past to Shape the Future: Evolution of Aortic Therapy,” Endologix recognized the surgeons who advanced aortic repair therapy and initiated early randomized controlled trials of endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR).
