HOPEWELL JUNCTION, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- eMagin Corporation, or the “Company” (NYSE AMERICAN:EMAN), a leader in the development, design and manufacture of Active Matrix OLED microdisplays for high resolution imaging products, today announced that it has agreed to sell 4 million shares of its common stock to an institutional investor at a purchase price per share of $0.50 in a registered direct offering. The gross proceeds to the Company are expected to be approximately $2.0 million before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes. H.C.
