Epsilon Energy said it remains on track with its 2026 development plan, with management expecting meaningful year-over-year production growth as oil-weighted projects in the Permian and Powder River basins ramp through the second half of the year. First-quarter earnings were weighed down by unrealized hedge losses , though the company said its adjusted result was $0.29 per share. Epsilon also reduced debt by $10 million since the Powder River acquisition, bringing total debt to $40.5 million. The company is accelerating activity in the Powder River Basin and advancing key projects elsewhere, including completions on two Niobrara wells, a three-well Parkman program, a 3-plus-mile Barnett well in the Permian, and five Marcellus wells slated to come online later this year.
