ETJ: It Could Be A Good Idea To Hedge Your Market Bets With This High-Yielding Closed-End Fund Summary ETJ is a very high-yielding CEF that acts as a hedge against market volatility. The fund owns a diversified portfolio of stocks and uses an options collar strategy to protect against downside. This strategy also caps the upside in bull markets, so this is not an ideal buy and hold fund. There are several reasons to expect a recession in the near future.
