WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rigrodsky & Long, P.A. announces that it is investigating potential legal claims against the board of directors of Envision Healthcare Corporation (“Envision” or the “Company”) (NYSE: EVHC) related to the Company’s entry into an agreement to be acquired by KKR & Co. L.P. (“KKR”) (NYSE: KKR) in a transaction announced on June 11, 2018 (the “Proposed Transaction”). On June 11, 2018, the Board caused Envision to enter into an agreement and plan of merger (the “Merger Agreement”) with KKR. Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, shareholders of Envision will receive $46.00 in cash for each share of Envision common stock.
