DULUTH, Ga., Feb. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Vision Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: EYE), one of the nation’s largest optical retailers providing quality, affordable eye care and eyewear, today announced it has expanded its eyeglass production capacity with the opening of its fourth domestic optical lab located in Plano, Texas. This new manufacturing facility joins an already sophisticated lab network consisting of three domestic locations - St. Cloud, Minn.; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Lawrenceville, Ga. The Company also partners with two outsourced, third-party owned international locations in China and Mexico to service consumers’ optical needs. “This is an exciting day for all of us at National Vision,” said Bob McKinzie, senior vice president of manufacturing and supply chain for National Vision. “As with all areas of our business, our approach to lab and manufacturing services is focused on providing our stores with the highest quality and service at the lowest possible cost.
