DEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. (NYSE: FBHS), an industry-leading home and security products company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 13, 2018, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 25, 2018. On April 30, Fortune Brands’ Board of Directors also authorized the repurchase of up to $150 million of shares of the Company’s common stock over the next two years on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions in accordance with applicable securities laws. The purchases, if made, will occur from time to time depending on market conditions. The Company has approximately $160 million existing from a prior authorization that expires December 8, 2019, bringing the total share repurchase authorization to approximately $310 million.
