E*Trade Incorrectly Credited Stock Dividend MIRAMAR, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Generex Biotechnology Corporation (“Generex” or “Company”) (www.generex.com) (OTCQB:GNBT) (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GNBT/quote) completed payment of its 20 to 1 common stock dividend on November 30, 2018. On Thursday, December 6, the Company learned that E*Trade Financial inadvertently double-credited the Company’s common stock dividend to E*Trade client accounts holding the stock, by crediting their accounts 40 to 1, rather than 20 to 1. The Company, through a third party, brought this to E*Trade’s attention. The third party informed the Company that E*Trade reversed this error at some point on Friday, December 7th.
