SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Restoration Robotics, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAIR), today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,575,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $7.00 per share, before the underwriting discount. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by the Company. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 536,250 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount, to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company’s common stock has been approved for listing on The NASDAQ Global Market and is expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol “HAIR” on October 12, 2017. The offering is expected to close on October 16, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. National Securities Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:NHLD), is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. R
