DeSimone TAKEAWAYS Net Sales -- $1.3 billion, up 7.8% year over year and up 5.4% on a constant currency basis, both exceeding guidance. India Performance -- India net sales reached $275 million, up about 32% year over year, delivering record sales for the second consecutive quarter fueled by a GST rate reduction. Adjusted EBITDA -- $176 million, above guidance, representing a 13.3% margin; constant currency adjusted EBITDA was $180 million. Cash Flow -- Operating cash flow was $114 million for the quarter, with approximately $75 million of distributor bonuses paid and employee bonuses shifted to April. Gross Profit Margin -- 77.9%, down 40 basis points year over year, with 50 basis points from input cost inflation, 30 from sales mix, 20 from other cost changes, and 50 from FX, partially offset by 70 from pricing and 40 from reduced inventory write-downs.
