Neil Hennessy, the chief investment officer and portfolio manager of Hennessey Funds, and chief executive of its parent, Hennessy Advisors (HNNA), still believes the Dow is on its way to 30,000. At the 11th annual Hennessy Funds market outlook earlier this month, Hennessy's top lieutenant, Ryan Kelley said that even thought the current bull market is in its 10th year there's still room to rise.
