LUXEMBOURG--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intelsat S.A. (NYSE: I) (“Intelsat”), operator of the world’s first Globalized Network and leader in integrated satellite communications, today announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Intelsat Jackson Holdings S.A. (“Intelsat Jackson”), has priced a private offering of its 8.500% senior notes due 2024 (the “Notes”). The aggregate principal amount of the Notes to be issued in the offering has been increased from an initially contemplated $2.0 billion to $2.25 billion. As previously announced, in connection with the offering of the Notes, Intelsat Jackson expects to launch a tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 7.25% Senior Notes due 2020 (the “2020 Senior Notes”), which is expected to close substantially concurrently with the issuance of the Notes.
