(the “Company” or “Internet Gold”) (NASDAQ Global Select Market and TASE: IGLD) today announced that further to the Company's announcements on June 13, 2019 and June 12, 2019, the Company received an updated draft of the SPA, which includes certain amendments relating to the pledge to be provided to B Communications Ltd.'s debenture holders. The amended provisions of the SPA were submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 6K as exhibits 99.2.
