Immuron (NASDAQ: IMRN ) has priced its public offering of 339,130 ADSs, at $4.00 per share, for gross proceeds of ~$1,356,520. Each ADS represents 40 ordinary shares of the Company. Underwriters over-allotment is an additional 50,869 ADSs. Closing date is July 19. Net proceeds will be used for expenses associated with the clinical development and working capital.
