MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kohl’s (NYSE: KSS) announced today that it has received the 2019 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award for continued leadership and superior contributions to ENERGY STAR. Kohl’s accomplishments will be recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. on April 11, 2019. “Kohl’s is proud to receive the 2019 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award,” said Steve Thomas, Kohl’s chief risk and compliance officer. “Our work with ENERGY STAR is just one of the ways we are championing sustainability efforts that reinforce the healthy lifestyle we hope to inspire in our customers.
