CAPE TOWN, South Africa, Aug. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Leatt Corporation (OTCQB: LEAT), a leading developer and marketer of head-to-toe protective equipment for MOTO, MTB, and a wide range of extreme and high-velocity sports, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $750,000 of the Company's outstanding common stock."This share repurchase program reflects our confidence in the future outlook of our business, the soundness of our balance sheet, and the overall strength of the Leatt organization," said Sean Macdonald, Chief Executive Officer.
