Legacy Reserves: What Downside Realistically IsSummaryA sky-high valuation assessment of Legacy Reserves by Baines Creek Capital shocked some investors last week, but those numbers don't look too unreasonable fundamentally.That said, to be conservative, investors should have some idea of what the real downside is down the road.According to Baines, this figure is still quite a bit higher than where shares are trading today, indicating little risk (absent falling crude prices) and big upside potential.This falls in line with my own analyses of the E&P firm.
