NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- L3 Technologies (NYSE:LLL) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Christopher E. Kubasik, Chief Executive Officer and President of L3, as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Kubasik succeeds Michael T. Strianese as Chairman. “The election of Chris Kubasik as Chairman reflects our confidence in him and his long-term vision and growth strategy for L3,” said Robert B.
