BUENOS AIRES, Argentina--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Loma Negra C.I.A.S.A. (NYSE: LOMA) (BYMA: LOMA), (“Loma Negra” or the “Company”), the leading cement producer in Argentina, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 50,200,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), representing 251,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company at $19.00 per ADS. Of these, 6,000,000 ADSs were offered by the Company and 44,200,000 ADSs were offered by the selling shareholder, Loma Negra Holding GmbH. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 7,530,000 ADSs from the selling shareholder. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 1, 2017 under the ticker symbol “LOMA.” One ADS represents five (5) ordinary shares.
