MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS) today announced that Rolando B. Rodriguez, executive vice president of The Marcus Corporation and chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Marcus Theatres, will retire on October 1, 2022. Mark A. Gramz, executive vice president of Marcus Theatres and long-standing associate of the company, will be promoted to president of Marcus Theatres upon Rodriguez’s retirement. Following this transition, Rodriguez will serve as a senior advisor to the company reporting to president and chief executive officer Gregory S. Marcus, represent Marcus Theatres as a member of the board of National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO), and remain the NATO Chairman.
