The Company will provide an update regarding the distribution date Tel Aviv, Israel, Nov. 18, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Medigus Ltd. (Nasdaq: MDGS), a technology company engaged in advanced medical solutions, innovative internet technologies, and electric vehicle and charging solutions, announced today that on November 13, 2022, the Tel Aviv District Court Economic Department approved the Company’s motion for the approval of a cash capital distribution of up to $1.6 million. The approval by the Israeli court is in effect for 180 days. Following the approval of the Israeli court, Medigus’ board of directors resolved on November 17, 2022 to make a cash capital distribution of $1.6 million which will be paid to the holders of the Company’s ADSs and eligible warrant holders in proportion to their respective holdings.
