LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramaco Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: METC) ("Ramaco Resources" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 10% increase in its cash dividend. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1250 per share of common stock payable in the first quarter of 2023, up from $0.1133 per share of common stock in the fourth quarter of 2022. The first quarter dividend is payable on March 15, 2023, to shareholders of record on March 1, 2023. The Company also announced its financial and operational guidance for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2022 and for the full calendar year 2023. The Company expects fourth quarter earnings to be in the range of $0.50 to $0.60 per diluted share. The Company reported net earnings of $0.60 per diluted share in the third quarter of 2022 and $0.42 in the fourth quarter of 2021.
