TORONTO Nov. 12, 2025 /CNW/ - Manulife Financial Corporation ("Manulife" or the "Company") reported its third quarter results for the period ended September 30, 2025, delivering record core earnings and double-digit growth in core EPS. Manulife logo (CNW Group/Manulife Financial Corporation) Key highlights for the third quarter of 2025 ("3Q25") include: Core earnings of $2.0 billion, up 10% on a CER basis compared with the third quarter of 2024 ("3Q24") Excluding the impact of the change in expected credit loss ("ECL"), core earnings was $2.0 billion, up 6% from 3Q24 Net income attributed to shareholders of $1.8 billion, in line with 3Q24 Core EPS of $1.16, up 16% from 3Q24. EPS of $1.02, up 2% from 3Q24 Excluding the impact of the change in ECL, core EPS was $1.14, up 11% from 3Q24 Core ROE of 18.1% and ROE of 16.0% LICAT ratio of 138% APE sales up 8% , new business CSM up 25% and new business value ("NBV") up 11% from 3Q24 Global Wealth and Asset Management ("
