MONTVALE, N.J., Nov. 4, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- MICT, Inc. (Nasdaq: MICT) (the "Company"), today announced that it closed its previously announced registered direct offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock and 8,000,000 common stock purchase warrants at a combined purchase price of $2.50. The gross proceeds to MICT from this offering are $25,000,000, before deducting placement agent fees and other estimated offering expenses. The common stock purchase warrants are exercisable for five years from the initial exercise date at an exercise price of $3.12 per share.A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners acted as sole placement agent for the offering.This offering was made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (No. 333-248602) previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") that was declared effective by the SEC on September 14, 2020.
