NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Law Offices of Vincent Wong are investigating the Board of Directors of Mitel Networks Corporation (“Mitel” or the “Company”) (NASDAQGS:MITL) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with the sale of the Company to a group of investors led by affiliates of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. Under the terms of the transaction, Mitel shareholders will receive $11.15 per share. The investigation concerns whether the Mitel Board of Directors breached their fiduciary duties to Mitel stockholders by failing to adequately shop the Company before entering into this transaction and whether the investor group is underpaying for Mitel shares, thus unlawfully harming Mitel stockholders.
