WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rigrodsky & Long, P.A. announces that it is investigating potential legal claims against the board of directors (“Board”) of Mitel Networks Corporation (“Mitel” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ GS: MITL) related to the Company’s entry into an agreement to be acquired by an investor group led by affiliates of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. (“Searchlight”) in a transaction valued at approximately $2.0 billion (the “Proposed Transaction”). On April 24, 2018, the Board caused Mitel to enter into an agreement (the “Arrangement Agreement”) with Searchlight.
