FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Motus GI Holdings, Inc., (NASDAQ: MOTS) ("Motus GI" or the "Company"), a medical technology company dedicated to improving clinical outcomes and enhancing the cost-efficiency of colonoscopy, announced today the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $2.70 per share, for total gross proceeds of $13.5 million. The offering is expected to close on December 24, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, the Company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 750,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price.Piper Jaffray & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners and Dougherty & Company are acting as co-managers for the offering.Motus GI intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund commercialization activities, research and development activities, including clinical and reg
