That is certainly true in Bondland. Examples include: steenth, meaning a sixteenth; POBs, meaning pension obligation bonds and beeps, short for basis points, to name just a few. I’m going to zero in on beeps. A beep equals one-hundredth of one percent. One hundred basis points equal one percent. Investors who count beeps have a better chance of raising their bond income.
