Power of Positives: Cramer's 'Mad Money' Recap (Thursday 1/17/19) Stocks have become so cheap, it's easy to do some buying, Jim Cramer told his Mad Money viewers Thursday. That's why 2019 is shaping up to be a lot better than many investors expected. This market once again proved the markets are a coiled spring, ready to roar higher on any good news, while shrugging off the bad. In fact, the stock market has become a lot more resilient than even the bulls were predicting, given how things looked just a few short weeks ago. Shares of PPG ( PPG ) were able to soar 4.7% Thursday, despite the company forecasting slowing growth earlier in the quarter. Meanwhile, Morgan Stanley ( MS ) was able to deliver a sub-par quarter, but the rest of the banks continued their march higher. Cramer noted that Allergan ( AGN ) had another solid day, ending up 2.4%, while American Express ( AXP ) and Netflix ( NFLX ) were among only a few standout losers by the close. Over on Real M
