Mechel PAO’s Chief Executive Officer Oleg Korzhov commented: “In the second quarter, the Group improved its financial results quarter-on-quarter. The first half of the year’s results have also improved year-on-year. This was due to the implementation of our strategy of increasing the share of high-margin products in our production and sales structure, as well as a favorable market environment for most of our products. “In the second quarter, our company managed to stabilize mining volumes.
