Exchange:M0Y) announced today the closing of its public offering on November 16, 2021 in the United States of 4,000,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"). Every four (4) ADSs represent one (1) ordinary share of Mynaric. All ADSs sold in the public offering were offered by Mynaric at a public offering price of USD 16.50 per ADS. On November 14, 2021, Mynaric announced that the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares (the "Option") had been fully exercised and that the Management Board of Mynaric had resolved, with consent of the Supervisory Board, upon the issuance of 150,000 new shares (corresponds to 600,000 ADSs based on a ratio of 1:4) based on the authorization as resolved by the shareholders' meeting held on May 14, 2021. The Option closed on November 18, 2021 and was subject to customary closing conditions.
