Naked Brand's stock tumbles after shareholders look to sell after previous session's rally Shares of Naked Brand Group Inc. NAKD, -17.83% tumbled 11% in premarket trade Wednesday, after the Australia-based intimate apparel seller filed for a large public offering of shares, a day after the stock rocketed after announcing a sales partnership with CVS Health Corp . CVS, +0.51% On Wednesday, the company filed a registration statement for the sale of 12.7 million shares by selling shareholders, and the sale of 1.2 million warrants to buy stock, at a maximum offering price of $4.025, below Tuesday's closing price of $6.00. Naked Brands had about 23 million shares outstanding through Tuesday. The company said the shares for sale were issued in one or more private placements that occurred outside the U.S. Naked Brands won't receive proceeds from the sale of shares by selling shareholders, but could receive $4.4 million in proceeds if all of the warrants held by three of the selling sha
