FT. MYERS, Fla., Aug. 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NeoGenomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEO), a leading provider of cancer-focused genetic testing services, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 9,800,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $12.75 per share. Gross proceeds to NeoGenomics from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by NeoGenomics, are expected to be approximately $125 million. All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering are being sold by NeoGenomics. In addition, NeoGenomics has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,470,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
