DALLAS, Sept. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- NexPoint Strategic Opportunities Fund (NYSE: NHF) ("NHF" or the "Fund") today announced its regular monthly dividend on its common stock of $.20 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 28, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business September 21, 2018. The Fund is a closed-end fund managed by NexPoint Advisors, L.P. (the "Manager"), an affiliated adviser of Highland Capital Management, L.P. The Fund invests primarily in below investment grade debt, equity securities and real estate and has the ability to hedge risk.
