Navios Maritime Partners LP: 2019 Cash Flow Looks Strong; Units Plummet AnywaySummaryNMM common units have traded down sharply prior to year end due to the general market selloff and tax selling.NMM units were down 47.4% for the year as of December 21st.At current price levels, NMM has likely priced in the risk of an NM restructuring and the concomitant headline risk.An economic slowdown accompanied by a slowdown in dry bulk shipping remains a risk. Based on current dry bulk 12 month TC estimates, however, NMM could generate a significant amount of free cash flow relative to its current market capitalization.Concerns about NMM acquiring NM are overblown. Change in Control puts on NM debt make it impossible.
