This is Takumi Kitamura, CFO of Nomura Holdings. I will now give you an overview of our results for the first half and second quarter of the year ending March 2019. Please turn to page 2. During the first six months of our fiscal year, investors became markedly risk averse due to concerns of U.S.-China trade friction and a fall in emerging markets currencies on the back of pricing U.S. interest rates.
