(PRWEB) March 16, 2018 Beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 18, home shoppers are invited to celebrate the grand opening of Topaz by The New Home Company within The NorthWalk Neighborhoods, the final phase of new homes at the inter-generational village of Esencia on the historic Rancho Mission Viejo.Esencia encompasses approximately 890 acres along some of the highest elevations of Rancho Mission Viejo (The Ranch). The homes at Esencia are offered through three different neighborhood collections: The Canyon House Neighborhoods, The Hilltop Neighborhoods and The NorthWalk Neighborhoods.
