Goldman Sachs wants to pick neighbors at new headquarters in London Goldman Sachs is involved in a scuffle with the developers of an office building next to its new headquarters in London, pushing back against parts of its construction and design and securing assurances that the plot will not include any bars or restaurants. The U.S. investment bank GS, -7.46% raised several concerns with the development of the plot next to Plumtree Court, the 10-story office in Farringdon that will become Goldman’s European headquarters next year.
