LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Oaktree Capital Group, LLC (NYSE: OAK) (“Oaktree”) today announced the pricing of a $235 million offering of 9,400,000 of its 6.550% Series B Preferred units representing limited liability company interests with a liquidation preference of $25.00 per unit. In addition, Oaktree has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,410,000 Series B Preferred units solely to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on August 9, 2018, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The offering will be made under Oaktree’s effective Registration Statement on Form S-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Oaktree intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the Series B Preferred units for general corporate purposes, including to fund investments. Distributions on the Series B
