NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announces it is investigating potential securities claims on behalf of shareholders of Ormat Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ORA) resulting from allegations that Ormat may have issued materially misleading business information to the investing public. On May 16, 2018, Ormat announced that it will restate its second, third and fourth quarter 2017, and its full-year 2017 financial statements. Ormat stated that investors should no longer rely upon Ormat’s previously issued financial statements, earnings releases, and other communications relating to these financial statements for those periods. Ormat also disclosed that it is further delaying the filing of its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2018 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
