(“ Metalla ” or the “ Company ”) (TSXV: MTA) (OTCQX: MTAFF) (FRANKFURT: X9CP) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a definitive agreement (the “ Royalty Purchase Agreement “) to acquire from Patagonia Gold S.A. (“ Patagonia Gold ”) a 1.5% net smelter return royalty (the “ Royalty “) for $1.5 million in cash (the “ Royalty Transaction ”).
