Phoenix Motor Inc. ("Phoenix" or the "Company") ( ), a California based company that designs, assembles, and integrates electric drive systems and light and medium duty electric vehicles ("EVs"), today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (the "Offering") of 2,100,000 shares of common stock (the "Shares") at a public offering price of $7.50 per Share, for total gross proceeds of $15,750,000 before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. The Offering is being conducted on a firm commitment basis. The Shares have been approved for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market and are expected to commence trading on June 8, 2022, under the ticker symbol "PEV." The Company has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable within 30 days from the closing of the Offering, to purchase up to an additional 315,000 Shares at the public offering price to cover over-allotment, if any, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
