HOUSTON, May 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Parkway, Inc. (NYSE: PKY) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, which will be payable on June 30, 2017 to shareholders of record of Common Stock on June 16, 2017. This quarterly dividend represents an annualized dividend rate of $0.40 per share. About ParkwayParkway is an independent, publicly traded, self-managed real estate investment trust ("REIT") that owns and operates high-quality office properties located in attractive submarkets in Houston, Texas.
