DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Former United States Securities and Exchange Commission attorney Willie Briscoe is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of Parkway, Inc. (“Parkway”) (NYSE: PKY) concerning the acquisition by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Under the terms of the agreement, valued at approximately $1.2 billion, Parkway shareholders will only receive $23.05 per Parkway share owned, comprised of $19.05 per share plus a $4.00 special dividend to be paid prior to closing. The consideration is significantly lower than at least one analyst’s estimated value of $24.50.
