Cruz announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Plantronics, Inc., (“Plantronics” or the “Company”) (NYSE: PLT) securities between July 2, 2018 and November 5, 2019, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
