Industry executive Bradley E. Mautner has informed the Board of his intention to retire as a Director of the Board NILES, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: PPIH) today announced the decision by Bradley E. Mautner not to stand for re-election as a director of the Perma-Pipe Board at Perma-Pipe’s upcoming June 5, 2018 annual shareholders meeting. Mr. Mautner commented, "My decision to not stand for re-election came with mixed emotions as I move into the next chapters of my life.
