LAFAYETTE, La., May 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PetroQuest Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCQX:PQUE) announced today that shares of the Company’s common stock began trading on the OTCQX market on Monday, May 7, 2018 under the symbol PQUE. On May 4, 2018, the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) issued a press release announcing that the staff of NYSE Regulation had determined to suspend trading in the Company’s common stock immediately and commence proceedings to delist the Company’s common stock from the NYSE. NYSE Regulation reached its decision to delist the Company’s common stock pursuant to Section 802.01B of the NYSE’s Listed Company Manual because the Company had fallen below the NYSE’s continued listing standard requiring listed companies to maintain an average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30 trading day period of at least $15,000,000.
